Degree Requirements
Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Design and Technology

The Theatre Design and Technology major is a four-year program of study leading to a B.F.A. degree. It is designed to prepare students for a career in professional theatre or entry into a graduate program of study in theatrical design and/or technical theatre. Within the context of an extensive liberal arts core, instruction emphasizes knowledge and practice in all areas of stage design and technology. A minimum grade of "C" must be earned in all courses required in the major for graduation. Required courses include all Theatre Major Electives and Allied Requirements.
